Kevin Necessary is an freelance editorial cartoonist and illustrator. A Cincinnati native, Kevin draws a weekly cartoon for the Substack Pepperspectives. Kevin was previously the editorial cartoonist for The Cincinnati Enquirer and WCPO-TV. His work has been featured in USA Today, Politico, The Week and other publications across the country.
