Minyong Cho was the webmaster for a brief period during the Remapping Debate 1.0 era. She holds a Ph.D. in art history from the University of Michigan. Minyong is interested in cultural and racial diversity and its representation in media. 

David Noriega was a staff reporter during Remapping Debate 1.0 period. He holds a master's in investigative journalism from Columbia University and a B.A. in comparative literature from Brown University. He grew up in Bogotá, Colombia and upstate New York.  

Michelle Mayer was the production and administrative coordinator for Remapping Debate. She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in comparative literature and societies in German and Hindi from Columbia University in 2008. 

[From 2014.] Timothy Noah was briefly a senior staff reporter at Remapping Debate and an MSNBC contributor. He is the author of "The Great Divergence: America's Growing Inequality Crisis and What We Can Do About It" (Bloomsbury, 2012).

Previously, Noah was a senior editor at the New Republic, where he wrote the "TRB From Washington" column.

For a decade, he was a senior writer at Slate magazine. Before that, he was an assistant managing editor at US News & World Report, a reporter in the Wall Street Journal's Washington bureau, a congressional correspondent for Newsweek, and an editor at the Washington Monthly, where he remains a contributing editor.

Noah resides in Washington, D.C. with his two teenage children.

Samantha Cook worked as a reporter at Remapping Debate in 2012 to 2013. She graduated from New York University in 2012 with a B.A. with a major in journalism and sociology and a minor in Spanish.

Meade Klingensmith worked as a reporter at Remapping Debate in 2012 to 2013. He graduated from Oberlin College in 2012 with a B.A. with honors in history and a minor in politics.

[From 2014.] Heather Rogers was a senior staff reporter at Remapping Debate. She had previously written for publications including the New York Times Magazine, Mother Jones, and Washington Monthly. Her most recent book (as of 2013) is Green Gone Wrong: How Our Economy Is Undermining the Environmental Revolution. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.

During the Remapping Debate 1.0 period, Kevin C. Brown was first a staff reporter and then a contributing reporter at Remapping Debate. He holds a Ph.D. in U.S. history from Carnegie Mellon University. Kevin is also the creator and host, throughout the Remapping Debate 1.0 period, of our “History for the Future” interview series, which Kevin started in 2010 at WRCT-Pittsburgh.

Raphael Pope-Sussman is a reporter for Remapping Debate. He graduated with a B.A. in political science from Columbia University, where he was editorial page editor of the Columbia Daily Spectator.

Margaret Moslander was a reporter for Remapping Debate during its initial run. A native of New York, New York, she graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. with honors in political science in May 2011.
